  • What are your operating hours?
    Our hours of operation are from Monday through Saturday, 10am to 4pm. We can accommodate requests for service on Sundays and public holidays through special arrangements.
  • What are your fees?
    Our fees for professional organising services vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We offer hourly rates, package rates, and project-based fees to accommodate a range of budgets and project needs. Our hourly rates range from $50 to $110 per hour. We also offer package rates for larger projects, which may include a set number of hours or sessions at a discounted rate. For larger or more complex projects, we may offer a project-based fee that includes a comprehensive plan and timeline for the project, as well as ongoing support and guidance. We offer a free consultation to discuss your project needs and provide a personalised quote for our services. We strive to be transparent and upfront about our fees, and will provide clear communication and documentation throughout the project to ensure that you understand the costs and timeline for your project. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your organising services. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable. We accept payment by bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining balance is due on the day of the organising session.
  • Who are the Professional Organisers?
    To ensure the most efficient and personalised organisation process, we work as a team of two experts, Brenda and Diann, both of whom have extensive experience in home organisation. For certain projects, we may allocate a single professional organiser to collaborate closely with the client.
  • Do you provide organising boxes and materials?
    Our professional organising services do not include the cost of organising boxes or other materials. We encourage our clients to make use of existing storage and organizing materials whenever possible, rather than purchasing new ones. However, in certain cases, we may recommend additional storage materials to improve the organisation and usage of items in your space.
  • How do you determine the cost of your services?
    Our professional organising services are priced according to the extent and duration of the project. The final cost will be determined by the amount of work needed and the time it will take to complete it. Once we have assessed your space and understand your organising needs and goals, we will give you an estimate of the cost. Please note that our fees only cover decluttering and organising services, cleaning services and storage units are not included.
